A chanced encounter with stray puppies in need of help on the street led to what can be seen as a big show of compassion and a great love for dogs. Now with 750 dogs and counting, this man has dedicated a sanctuary for dogs to be saved and to live out the rest of their lives happy and well taken care of. This is his story.
